Who counts as a team seat?
Only the people who take payments — cashiers and managers. Everyone who doesn't take payments is free on every plan: servers and cooks in a restaurant or café, stock associates in a store or pharmacy, trainers in a gym. Owners are always free too.
Do you charge a fee on card payments?
No. You connect your own Stripe account and pay Stripe's standard processing rate directly to Stripe — 2.7% + 5¢ per in-person tap, insert or swipe (2.9% + 30¢ online). IntelliPOS adds nothing on top of any card payment, and never touches your money.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime. Yearly billing is optional and saves you two months.
What's included in the free trial?
Everything — every feature and every add-on, on your real business, with no card needed to start. When the trial ends you pick the plan that fits.
Do I have to buy hardware from you?
No. Use the computer, tablet or phone you already have. Printers, cash drawers, scanners and scales from standard brands work, and card readers come from Stripe.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down anytime from your billing page — the change applies straight away, pro-rated.
