The AI Analyst is a business advisor built into your dashboard. Ask it anything about your shop in plain language and it answers from your real data.
What to ask
- "How were sales today vs last week?"
- "What are my slowest hours?"
- "Which products lost money?"
- "Who owes me the most?"
- "Give me today's sales as Excel" — it hands you the file.
- "Show me every card payment yesterday" — individual payments, not just totals.
Tap 👍 or 👎 under any answer — the thumbs-down ones are reviewed so the Analyst gets better.
How it works
The Analyst reads your own numbers (sales, stock, staff, customers, credit) and answers directly — it never makes figures up. It can also surface things proactively: unusual drops, items about to run out, short drawers.
Where to find it
Look for the AI Analyst button on the dashboard. It respects roles — a manager without money access won't see money answers.
Availability
The Analyst is part of your plan up to a monthly message allowance. Owners can see the allowance in the dashboard.
