The trial
Every new business starts on a free trial with everything switched on — the whole system, at its most generous setting, with nothing held back:
- the till, reports, stock, the AI Analyst on the highest allowance we sell;
- unlimited products, team members and locations;
- and all three premium add-ons — your website + QR ordering, Promo Studio and AI on WhatsApp — free for the whole trial.
No card is needed to start, and nothing on the trial can put a charge on a bill. Your dashboard shows how long you have left, and reminds you gently in the last three days.
When the trial ends
Your account is never deleted and your till keeps selling.
If you choose a plan, you get exactly the plan you picked. The three add-ons were free on the trial, so they switch off unless you add them — priced on your Billing page, one tap to add, on or off any time.
If you don't choose a plan yet, the account moves into a limited mode — reports, AI and the deeper tools pause until you subscribe.
Either way nothing you made is thrown away. Your website stays saved, your posters stay in Promote, your WhatsApp number stays linked — adding an add-on back switches it on again exactly as you left it, instantly.
Paying by card — like any subscription you know
Settings → Billing shows the three plans with real prices, monthly or yearly (yearly = two months free). Choose one, enter your card on the secure Stripe page, done — your plan activates immediately and renews automatically. International cards work fine.
- Your bill, itemised — the Billing page always shows exactly what you pay: your plan, every add-on, any extra locations, one total, in YOUR billing rhythm (monthly or yearly).
- Switch plans or intervals any time from the same page — one tap, prorated fairly, and any add-ons move to the new rhythm automatically.
- Add-ons end with the subscription — if you cancel, paid add-ons switch off too; re-subscribing brings any of them back with one tap.
- Update your card / download invoices / cancel via Manage billing.
- Cancelling stops future charges at the end of the period you paid for — you keep everything until then, and your data stays yours forever.
Who counts as a team seat
Plans include a number of team seats. A seat is someone who runs the money side — a cashier or a manager. Staff who don't take payments are always free, on every plan — waiters and cooks in a restaurant or café, stock associates in a store or pharmacy, trainers in a gym. Add as many as you need; they never use a seat. You, the owner, never count either. If every seat is taken, the invite screen says so and links straight to the plan that fits.
