Photograph your debt notebook, shelf or menu, delivery notes and bills — AI drafts them for you to approve.
Switching from paper (or another system) doesn't mean a week of typing. Take a photo — IntelliPOS reads it and drafts the work; you check it and approve.
The promise: drafts, never surprises
Every photo becomes a draft you review. You see exactly what the AI read, fix anything it got wrong, and approve — nothing enters your books by itself, and re-running an import never duplicates what's already there.
What you can photograph
Your debt notebook → customers & balances
Snap the handwritten page. AI drafts each customer's name, phone and balance; one tap imports them into Credit — collectable from day one. It works for your supplier list too (what you owe becomes open bills). Where: Settings → Import your books (also on the Credit and Bills pages).
Your shelf, menu or price list → your catalog
Snap the shelf, a printed menu or a supplier price list. AI drafts the items with prices ready to edit before anything is added. Where: Products (or Menu) → Import → Scan a photo.
A delivery note → receiving
When goods arrive, photograph the supplier's delivery note. AI matches it to your purchase order and pre-fills the received quantities for you to confirm — stock goes up only after you approve. Where: Purchasing → open the order → Receive. (Businesses that track stock.)
A paper bill or receipt → an expense
Snap the bill. AI drafts the expense with the amount, date and category filled in — you confirm and save. Where: Expenses → Scan receipt.
A paper member register → members (gyms)
Snap the register page. AI drafts each member's name, phone, plan and paid-until date; approved members appear at the front desk immediately. Where: Settings → Import your books, or Members → Import members.

Availability
AI photo import comes with your plan's AI feature and uses the same monthly AI allowance as the Analyst. Use a clear JPG or PNG photo in good light.
