Menu & modifiers
Build a menu with items and modifiers (size, milk, extra shot). Tapping an item with modifiers prompts for the choices, and the price adjusts.
Recipes & ingredients
Link menu items to ingredients so selling a drink depletes the right stock (milk, beans, cups). You manage ingredients, not per-drink counts.
Prep stations
If your barista station is separate from a food kitchen, set Prepared at (Kitchen or Bar) on each menu section in Menu sections, and every ticket splits and prints to the right station by itself. A dish marked Open price asks for the agreed price when it's ordered.
Speed
Everything is one or two taps, and it all works offline — the café rush never waits for the internet.
