Stock moves by itself
Stock goes down as you sell and up when you receive a delivery. You never adjust it by hand for normal trading. Set a low-stock level per product so the system can warn you.
Suppliers
Keep your suppliers in Purchasing → Suppliers — who you buy from, and their contact. Every purchase order and delivery links back to a supplier.
Purchase orders & receiving
Raise a purchase order for what you're buying, then receive the delivery against it when it arrives. Receiving raises stock automatically and records what you owe the supplier (payables) — one action, everything updates.
Smart reorder
IntelliPOS watches what's low and how fast it sells, then suggests a reorder grouped by supplier. One tap turns the suggestion into a draft purchase order.
Stock takes
Do a periodic count (Stock) and IntelliPOS reconciles the difference, so your books match the shelf.
Hiding a product that still has stock
If you hide (deactivate) a product that still shows units in stock, IntelliPOS asks first — those units leave your stock-value reports the moment the product is hidden. Sell them down, adjust the count, or confirm you really want it hidden.
