The WhatsApp AI Employee brings the same business brain to WhatsApp, so you can ask about your shop without opening the dashboard.

What it does

Message your IntelliPOS number and ask things like "How were sales today?" or "What's low on stock?" — it replies with real answers from your business. It can also send you a short end-of-day summary the moment your business day closes.

Voice notes, photos & PDFs

Don't feel like typing? Send a voice note — Somali or English — and it answers the same way, showing you what it heard so nothing is guessed. Snap a photo of a receipt, a delivery note or a shelf and it reads the numbers back to you and tells you where to record them — it never adds anything by itself. Send a PDF (a supplier price list or statement) and it summarises the key figures. Everything uses the same monthly AI allowance as typed questions.

Setting it up

This is an add-on — included in your free trial, then added on Settings → Billing. The owner connects their WhatsApp number in Settings → WhatsApp AI assistant; after that you just message the number.

Messages it sends you first

Settings → WhatsApp AI assistant → Messages the AI sends you: the day-end summary, shift open & close, and alerts. All start off — switch on the ones you want. WhatsApp only lets the assistant message you first within 24 hours of your last chat with it, so reply once a day and they keep coming.

Privacy

It answers only about your business, and only to numbers you've connected.
